In this lesson we are going to discuss how to deal with these aircraft and ships and their cargo, passengers and crew. The development of our countries depends on trading.  That is, the importation of goods which we need and the exportation of goods which we produce. There is duty to be collected on trade and for duty to be properly collected, there must be control of the cargo being imported/exported casual or commercial.
