Introduction to the Caribbean Customs and Excise is the first subject in the course leading to the Certificate in Customs Management.
This subject introduces students to the area of Customs and is the stepping stone to understand the role of Customs. The subject has been developed incorporating course contents of the Junior Officers Basic Course (JOB) designed by the Caribbean Customs Law Enforcement Council (CCLEC). The content focuses on Customs related generic material and deals with CCLEC specific material wherever applicable
